Translation
Rhyme scheme
a. not marble nor the guilded monuments
b. of princes, shall outlive this powerful rhyme;
a. but you shall shine more bright in these contents
B. than unswept stone, besmear’d with sluttish time

Not marble or the guilded(gold plated) shrines
Of princes, will outlive the power of poetry
You will shine more brightly in these verses
than one neglected monument ravaged/untidy by time

5. c. when wasteful war shall statues overturn,
6. d. and boils root out the work of masonry,
7. c. nor mars his sword, nor wars quick fire shall burn
8. d. the living record of your memory

When devastating war will overturn statues
And conflicts to destroy the masons handywork
Not the cause of war or the effects of war will destroy
The living record of your memory

9. e. ‘gainst death, and all oblivious enmity
10. f. shall you peace forth; your praise shall still find room
11. e. even in the eyes of all posterity
12. f. that wear this world out to the ending doom

Against death and hate that destroys the memory of everyone
If you push onward your praise will still find a place
Even in the eyes of all posterity(all future generations)
That exist until the end of humanity

13. g. so, till the judgment that yourself arise,
14. g. you live in this world and dwell in lovers eyes

So till judgment day when yourself will rise again
You believe in this poetry and people will continue to love you
